What is the difference between the plans?
Standard is the complete software program, covering up to 1,500 pages in one domain: the remediation widget, automated monthly WCAG scans, and every compliance document, including a remediation plan for your developers and an accessibility statement for your domain. We never gate scanning or documentation behind a higher tier, because that would leave customers exposed. Premium covers unlimited pages and visits, keeps everything in Standard, and adds manual testing and remediation performed by our specialists, including PDF and video work, along with legal fee coverage and training for your internal team, for organizations that need a human being to verify and fix what automation cannot reach.
What does manual testing include, and who performs it?
Our specialists work through your site the way your visitors do: navigating with real screen readers (NVDA and JAWS) and by keyboard navigation, exercising menus, carousels, modals, data tables, and multi-step forms end to end. That surfaces the barriers a scanner cannot judge, such as whether alt text truly describes an image, whether reading order makes sense, and whether an error message is announced at all. We then remediate at the source, correcting the underlying templates and code, and hand you a plain-language report with steps to reproduce every issue plus a retest once the fixes are live. Manual testing and remediation are part of a Premium plan.
What happens if my site outgrows its plan?
Nothing breaks. Our monthly scans keep track of how large your site is, and if you cross your plan's page count we will reach out and right-size you at your next renewal. Your widget, scans, and documentation keep running the whole time.
What does "per domain" mean for pricing?
One subscription covers a single domain. If you operate several separate websites, each one needs its own subscription, and we are glad to put together multi-domain pricing for larger portfolios.
Are there setup fees or hidden add-ons?
None. The subscription price is the entire cost of your plan. There are no setup fees, no overage charges, and no paid feature upgrades waiting behind it.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. Installation is a single line of JavaScript that works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, custom builds, and most other platforms. Full steps are in our install guide.
